Stephane Cordeille was promoted to Chief Executive Officer of Thetford Corporation on Jan. 24, 2012. He joined Thetford in 1988 as Sales Manager of its French subsidiary. He served as Director of Sales & Marketing and Director of European Operations before being named Managing Director of Thetford’s RV Europe operations in 2004. Prior to joining Thetford, Cordeille headed up the Merchandising team for Gloria-Friskies, a unit of Nestle Corp. He has a degree in Economics and attended the Business School of Exeter for Commerce and Management.

Kevin Phillips was named Executive Vice President of North America on Jan. 24, 2012. He joined Thetford in 2005 and previously served as VP of Sales & Marketing, North America. He is a member of the RVIA Board and former member of the RVAA Board. Before joining Thetford, Phillips worked as Business Unit Director with Guardian Automotive, as Director of Business Development and Director of North American Sales at GKN Sinter Metals, and as Customer Director & Global Platform Leader with Delphi Automotive. He has a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from the University of Michigan and a MBA in Business Policy & Marketing from the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business.

Wayne Lorek was promoted to Vice President Operations, North America, for Thetford Corporation & Norcold, Inc., on Nov. 1, 2006. In that role, he has responsibility for North American Operations functions, including Logistics at Norcold, all North American Manufacturing Operations, Purchasing and Lean Systems. Lorek joined Norcold in 2001 as Director of Operations.
